3 Packets BEYANG Caffe
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
6 tbsp cooking oil
50g brown sugar
60g corn flour
100g almond slivers (roast & chop)
125g castor sugar
250g chocolate chip
250g butter (Room Temperature)
320g flour

Step 01
Cream together butter, castor sugar, brown sugar, and BEYANG Caffe until smooth. Mix in oil and egg, continuing to blend well. For extra flavor, add vanilla extract if desired.
Step 02
Sift together flour, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
Step 03
Gently fold in chocolate chips and almonds until evenly distributed.
Step 04
Refrigerate the dough overnight for best results.

Scoop cookie dough onto a baking tray, shaping to your desired size

Bake at 150°C for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
